For years, we’ve been told the same thing: “Just book it online, it’s cheaper.”

And yes… sometimes clicking a button looks easier. But after decades in travel, here’s the truth most people only learn after something goes wrong:

Online booking isn’t cheaper, it’s just unsupported.

And support is what matters most when you’re spending thousands of dollars, taking time off work or travelling for something important.

The real cost of booking online

When you book travel yourself, you’re not just booking flights or hotels, you’re also taking on:
